Cheesestake tortellini pasta nice n easy
Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini Pasta
Ingredients
340g cheese tortellini
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
450g thinly sliced beef steak
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Cook tortellini according to package directions.
Season steak with salt and pepper.
Sear steak in olive oil over high heat, 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan.
In same pan, sauté onions until caramelized.
Add garlic, cook 1 minute.
Add cream, broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in provolone until melted and smooth.
Add tomatoes and return steak to pan.
Fold in tortellini, adding pasta water if needed.
Garnish with parsley and fresh cracked pepper.
