I have too many ways I make eggs.

The secret to a fluffy omelette is the way you whisk it. I whisk it for a few minutes, making sure it is pretty much one colour and that the yolk is completely blended with the white.

If we have left over hot chips I will make an omelette for hubby for the next meal. I heat the chips in a pan then when chips have heated I pour the egg mixture on top .

As for my week , let's just say it was a very interesting week .
