check the sender's email

I received two emails this morning, confirming, well, something or other from who? And for rather a lot of money, considering I'm going to have to raid the piggy bank for groceries. I could have asked hubby about it, but he was in a meeting, so I went to my go-to hack, which was to check the sender's email address. Yep, this one's from good old tjajshhshsnshhdh@gmail. That sounds totally legit. So that's my little hack. A good place to start if you're feeling suspicious, is to check the email address, and if it looks as if someone just fell asleep on the keyboard, it's probably a scam. And good old tjajshhshsnshhdh can go in the bin (who knows, maybe they'll find another vowel in there.)

Thank you for sharing this @featherfour ! I would have thought this was legitimate because it was showing a decent first and last name! I'm going to remember this. Take care and stay safe always! Cheers!
