Changes to email services at TPG​

I recently had an email from them that I thought was a scam but NO it was not. I rang them on their normal number to ask.



As of September 21st they are no longer servicing emails and are directing us to use a new service for emails. Named Messaging service. If we do not change we will no longer be able to use our email address or addresses. For the first year, it will be free but after that there will a charge.

I am not sure but I believe this is just a division of the company TPG.



I have been with Westnet for about 15 years and am disgusted and being elderly I now have to advise my contacts to let them know I will have changed my email address if I d do not join this company. Either way it will mean I will need to make changes on my computer.

This will be quite a nuisance for some people who are not computer literate.

Goodness... I wonder if anyone has received a similar email? This is concerning.
