How do I get the actual card please?

Depending which state you live in as each state has its own card. Here are the links to the application process.

I am not sure if the ACT and Northern Territory have a Seniors Card.

BE VERY CAUTIOUS! THERE ARE SCAMMERS OUT THERE WHO CHARGE AN ANNUAL FEE FOR A FAKE "SENIORS CARD". ONLY STATE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES CAN ISSUE A SENIORS CARD.
