My husband (semi-bald now) always used to think the song "More Than A Woman" by the Bee Gees was "Bald-headed Woman"!!!!!!!!!!!! Ha, Ha. And he still has a comb, combs his 'hair' every morning even though there is little left!

I can remember visiting our City Police Station with our youth club when I was a teenager. The policeman taking us round found a comb on the floor which had no teeth in the middle and telling us that this was made for bald headed people.

what I don't understand is why I still have plenty on sides and back of head....it's only that bit from the front to the middle.....if it wants to fall out, then bloody well fall out all over, and be done with it.

yep I know, but it's hard to get a comb in these places to part it after a shower. I like to look neat and tidy when I go out you see.

I think you will find that is why some of the younger fellows who go bald in only a few places actually shave the rest of the hair off.

We used to laugh with my dad about his going to the barber to get a hair cut and ask if he really went to get his head polished!
