Bread delivery​

I loved getting fresh bread delivered home, either left in tin on the front verandah or getting straight from the horse drawn wagon. When it was your birthday the baker gave you a free bread roll. And giving his horse an apple was pretty special. Also precious memories of running under the garden sprinkler in the summer, no water restrictions then.
