I remember from school that Eugen Goldstein discovered anode rays back in 18something, maybe 1886 as a guess, the kid that sat next to me in science was a Goldstein so I remember this name, as for the use of anode rays I forget

OMG! A first for me, nah I'm no smarter than anyone else, just been around a bit longer. lol But played lots of games & quizzes etc to the little grey cells working. (sometimes a losing battle!)
