• the other was eating fireworks.
• They charged one –
• and let the other one off.

I loved the pun, but hate youth crime.
Charge them and lock them up and make them do remedial counselling or similar. They never seem to take any responsibility for their behaviour, or face the consequences. I’ll get off my soap box now!
