Beef Chilli Burger

I make so many different burgers and this one is all ny sons favourite.
I always pay the extra for good quality mince.
Note : you can make this mixture aheadcof time and cover stored in fridge for up to two days.

Serves 4
Prep time 20 minutes
Cook time 10 minutes
Ingredients
400g lean beef mince
2 onions diced
2 fresh chillies, deserved and finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Handful of fresh flat leaf parsley finely chopped
To serve
4 buns
Tomato cut into thin slices
lettuce of choice
Method
1. Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Using your hands mix well, squeeze mixture together. Form into 8 patties around 4cm thick. Chill until needed.
2. Heat pan until hot ( or bbq) and spray a light coating of oil. Cook patties over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side or until nicely browned and cooked through turning only once during cooking.
3. Serve 2 patties hot on a bun with fresh tomato and crispy lettuce.
