Here are the ingredients you need:

1. 2 pkts of Noodles Beef Flavour (Any brand will do!)
2. 500g of beef mince
3. 200g frozen stir-fry vegetables
4. 200g pkt of any stir-fry Sauce
5. 1 spring onion, thinly sliced

To begin, place the noodles and the seasoning sachets in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and then microwave on high for 2 minutes. Once cooked, let the noodles sit for an additional two minutes before finally draining.

Heat a large non-stick wok or frying pan over high heat. Begin adding the beef mince, and stir-fry it for 5 minutes or until it has changed in colour and is cooked through. Add the stir-fry mix and let it cook for 3-4 more minutes. Lastly, add the noodles and the stir-fry sauce and stir-fry for 2 more minutes or until the vegetables are fully coated in the sauce and heated through. Serve immediately, topped with thin slices of spring onion. Enjoy!

This beef and vegetable stir-fry is a tasty option for those nights when you don't have much time for cooking – not to mention, it’s easy on the wallet!

Sounds simple and delicious. Thank you for posting it.

Easy-Peasy sounding. And pre-packed ingredients to save time for a quick meal. Will try tomorrow as I have a couple of appointments limiting my time at home to cook & I just happen to have some mince defrosting in the fridge at the moment. Thanks Sethia.

The only ingredient that is not pre-packed is spring onions.
We should be encouraging recipes that don't require pre-packaging which is usually in plastic.
This is: saving time VS plastic waste.
Most sauces come in glass bottles and they are easily recycled.
Don't keep increasing our waste problems for your own convenience.

I agree with your comments about plastic pre packaging but I don’t often buy ready packaged foods - today was an exception as I had appointments to keep and tried this very quick meal from Sethia for lunch, it was quick and quite tasty too with sauces I had in my pantry.
