Don’t you miss those exciting summer memories at this time of year? When you and your family trooped to the beaches and frolicked in the sand and surf… Of course, all that adventure was bound to get you hungry, and where else would you go but one of those beachside kiosks? This snap from Melbourne 1969 shows one such kiosk, and all those signs jumping at buyers surely bring back some memories. I was always partial to sausages and ice cream—how about you?
