Beach Towel Protection​

Hah yes I had completely forgotten until I saw the photo that I used to do the exact same thing down at the beach. There was a special way of rolling it into a circle on your head and then the long part hanging down at the back. Lots of fun!

Best way to make it was to wrap (long ways) the towel around your leg, then roll the cross over several times. Then slip off leg and put on your head. I used to roll min of 3 times as this helped lock cross over in place.

Standard beach dress after a swim. Ensured every kid carried their own towel home too. Clever mum.
