You will Need
2 Frozen medium sized Bananas
1/4 cup of full cream milk.
Making:
Chop Bananas into 4 bits each.
Place milk and banana into a blender
Blend for 5 minutes.
When done the mixer will resemble cream.

Very nice , I make them a lot use my Vitamix and add some ice cubes , spices like cinnamon and lemon juice + zest . Very refreshing with this warm weather . I also change the banana for strawberries , mangoes , pineapples or whatever fruit is in season. Sometimes I add peanutbutter or real cocoa . So much to choose from . Real fruit is beautiful , never put in flavours or food colouring . I bought some bananas @ a fruit shop for $ 2.99 / kg but I had to buy 2.5 kg for that price . I use banana with my homemade breakfast muesli , never get sick of it.

I would throw in strawberries and a few scoops of Bulla Premium ice cream or full thickened cream. Nah....just both and be done with it! Been having this as a guilty pleasure for over 35 years!
