Scallops are tender and mildly flavoured, but they can be a show stopper when dressed with a flavourful balsamic glaze. But don't let today's recipe intimidate you, members. It's really quite simple because the fresh juicy scallops will do most of the heavy lifting for us! So let's get started.

Let's get started.

Ingredients:

- 500 grams sea scallops
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2. Next, mix together the balsamic vinegar, parsley, garlic, and olive oil in a bowl. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Place the scallops on a baking sheet and brush them with the balsamic mixture.

4. Bake the scallops for 12-15 minutes, or until they are cooked through.

5. Serve the scallops with lemon wedges and a simple salad. Enjoy!
