Back in time for tea

Remember how your mum would let you play outside as long as you returned in time for tea? Tea time was spent as a family discussing how our day went. And you were not allowed to leave the table until you had finished your meal. Tea was served at 6 p.m., followed by sweets and a bit of TV or reading. What are your favourite teatime memories?
