Avoiding the stampede
I had to walk along an unmade road in Dandenong West to my primary school. There was a herd of cattle being moved along that stretch, suddenly they began to run. I didn’t know I could jump a fence so high. Soooo many stories like that. Parents both worked and left before I walked to school then after raiding the biscuit box after school went and played outside
