It’s divide 30 by a half (not 30 by 2).
Dividing 30 by a half gives 60. ( not 15).

I must have missed that day, 30 decided by one half = 15 ( 30 ÷1 = 30 then ÷2 =15 )
30 x 2 = 60

A half of a number cannot be double. Sorry but 1/2 is equal to divided by one then divided by two. That's what I remember being taught Bloody maths teacher, never liked him anyway.
