If you'd like to make your truffles look as good as they taste, then here are a few tips to help you out:- For a professional touch, try coating your truffles and balls in melted chocolate.
- To make a number of different looking truffles and balls, try rolling the finished sweets in crushed nuts, toasted and untoasted coconut, chocolate sprinkles, crushed chocolate bars or even jelly crystals.
- Line a shallow box with small paper confectionary cases and place a sweet inside each paper case.
- Package your sweets up in cellophane bags and tie them with a ribbon for an impressive gift that only takes moments to put together.
