Apple Bircher Muesli

If you have some rolled oats and a couple of fruits lying around, what better to eat than a nice old serving of muesli?
There’s nothing quite like munching on a delicious and healthy serving of this nutritious dish, and that’s why we’re bringing a great recipe you could try for yourselves.
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup milk
3/4 cup yoghurt
2 lemons, juiced
3 apples
2 tbsp sultanas
2 tbsp dried pears, chopped
2 tbsp roasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
1 tbsp pepitas
2 tsp sunflower seeds
2 tsp sesame seeds
Honey, to taste
Directions:
First, place the oats in a large bowl and stir through the milk and yoghurt. Take two of the apples, cut them into quarters with the skin left on, and coarsely grate them. Splash in the lemon juice and stir.
Next, add the sultanas and dried pears. When ready to serve, top with hazelnuts, pepitas, sesame seeds, and apple slices. Drizzle with honey as desired.
