AN AVID GOLFER
An avid golfer never missed his weekend of play, also using this as an excuse to get away from his wife.
On this particular Saturday, he hurriedly dressed, hopped into his car and drove to the Golf Club.
When he got out the car with his clubs, he realised how bone-chilling, icy cold he was standing in the wet rain.
So, he decided to cancel golf for the day and return to the warmth of his bed at home.
When he arrived home, he saw his wife still in bed. Removing his wet cthes, he tghen jumped into bed and snuggled up behind her.
The warmth of her body made him snuggle closer.
Putting his arms around her, he mumbled from behind,
"Terrible weather out there, sweetheart!"
"Yeah", she mumbled back, "and can you believe that idiot husband of mine is golfing out there"?
