They are so addictive I’ve eaten a whole box before many moons ago haven’t had them in years.

You can buy copy cats but I wonder if they’d be the same texture and taste.

My boyfriend at the time (who became my husband) came to see me in hospital when I had my tonsils out….lots of complications so I spent three weeks in hospital.
He would often bring me a box of After Dinner Mints and a packet of Monte Carlo biscuits.
As I was on a restricted food intact…he would eat what he had brought for me!!

Oh yes did I ever love the After dinner mints. We only had them on rare occasions or when a guest would arrive and bring them as an after dinner treat. Although only wafer thin they were delicious and I remember each was wrapped in its own individual pocket. They have all disappeared now. Where have they gone?
