A cuppa: In loving memory of Norma - shared by member Kevin​

One of the SDC members sent us an email about a moving act he experienced after his wife passed. This one surely made us cry, but we're mostly hoping that it puts all of you in good spirits as a reminder that there are wonderful people out there who care.

'The following is a bit different. I lost my wife, Norma, in July last year. A few months short of our 60th wedding anniversary. We loved our coffee at the Coffee Club in Lismore and when my daughter and I next called in to inform the operators about my wife’s passing, they brought out Norma’s favourite cuppa and set it down in front of a vacant chair. Quite an emotional moment.' Kevin wrote.

Who is cutting onions? This is certainly one of the sweetest stories we've ever heard to date.
