The first dessert recipe is Dessert Nachos, which can serve up to 2 to 3 people. Here are the ingredients you will need:
For the nacho chips:
- 3 flour tortillas
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- cooking oil spray
- 1 banana, sliced
- ¼ cup chocolate sauce
- whipped cream
- Any fruit, berries, or nuts you have at home!
Here are the steps to follow:
- Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and brush them with butter.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Spread cinnamon sugar evenly on the tortillas. You only need to cover one side, but if you want more sweetness, flip them over and spread butter and cinnamon sugar on the other side as well.
- Cut the tortillas into wedges with a pizza wheel or a sharp knife. It's up to you how many wedges you want per tortilla, but I like to cut mine into 16.
- Prepare the air fryer by heating it to 170 degrees Celsius.
- Spray a thin layer of cooking oil on the bottom of your air fryer, then add a single layer of tortilla wedges. You'll have to do them in batches because you want the hot air to move around the air fryer so that the wedges or chips come out extra crispy.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes at 170°C. Do the same with the other batches.
- Put wedges or chips in a bowl and top them with banana, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, or any other sweet toppings you want. You can use whatever you have on hand, like berries, nuts, caramel sauce, cookies, or anything else.
- Serve and enjoy!

The next dessert recipe is the 'Easiest' Peanut Butter Cookies, which we bet will be a hit with the grandkids! The ingredients you will need are as follows, enough for 12 servings:
- 1 cup smooth natural peanut butter (has to be natural with no added sugar)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Here's what you need to do to make the recipe:
- Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix peanut butter and maple syrup in a medium-sized bowl until they are fully combined. Then keep mixing until the batter becomes thicker. The batter won't have the consistency of typical cookie dough, but it should harden enough so that you can form it with your hands.
- Put some baking paper in the basket of the air fryer.
- Take about 1 ½ tablespoon of dough and put it on the baking sheet in the air fryer. Repeat with the rest of the dough, making sure to leave about 5 cm between each cookie.
- Flatten each ball of dough with your hands into a circle. You may even decorate the top with a pattern using a fork or a toothpick if you are in the mood for some creativity.
- At a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius, air fry the cookies for seven to ten minutes, or until the tops of the biscuits become dry. Depending on how big your air fryer is, you may have to do them in batches.
- Allow the cookies to cool on a sheet of baking paper until firm.
- Serve immediately and enjoy! These cookies look good paired with some ice cream, don't you think?

The last dessert recipe on the list is for Wagon Wheel Pies, which can feed up to four people. Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 4 Wagon Wheels
- 8 marshmallows
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
The steps for preparing the recipe are as follows:
- Place the two sheets of puff pastry on a dry surface and cut each sheet into four pieces.
- Put a Wagon Wheel on top of each of the four quarters. Put two marshmallows on top of each Wagon Wheel, then put the remaining pastry quarters on top and press firmly around the edges to seal.
- Press firmly around the edges of the pastry with the pointy end of a fork to help seal it more. Cut off any extra pastry and throw it away.
- Bring the temperature of the air fryer up to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Put the pies in the air fryer after brushing butter on all sides, including the bottom.
- Cook at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and flaky.
- Serve right away with a scoop of your favourite ice cream!
