2 Minute Noodle Meals

For those shortcuts you need to take sometimes, here are so simple 2-minute noodles ideas:
1. Make up a1 pack of noodles per person, without adding the flavour sachets, drain well. Per person: stir in some mixed frozen veggies, some finely diced onion and garlic, 1 egg, 3 tsp any flour (can be GF), the sachets, salt and pepper, and fry in tablespoonful batches until golden.
2. Make up 2 packs of noodles, without the sachets. Drain and toss in the sachets, some salad veggies/fruit, some mayo or French dressing or vinaigrette, mix, toss some toadted sesame seeds on top. Serve chilled with grilled chicken/seafood/steak/etc.
3. Per person: 1 pack noodles, without sachets, cooked and drained, 1/2 sliced onion, 1 clove garlic, finely diced bacon or ham, shredded green veggies, a handful of mixed frozen veggies, and some grated ginger. Stir fry for a minute or two, adding noodles at the end, then stir in some honey, soy sauce and a squeeze of lime or lemon. Serve hot.
4. Finely slice some mushrooms and saute in butter, then add to a bowl of cooked and drained noodles, Sprinkle with grated cheese or nutritional yeast and diced ham. Serve hot.
