Here are the ingredients you need:
1. 100g of miso paste
2. 180g of ramen noodles
3. 200g of shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
4. 297g of firm tofu, cut into 1cm pieces
5. Four spring onions, thinly sliced diagonally
The first step is to combine the miso paste and 8 cups (2L) of water in a large saucepan over high heat. Bring the mixture to a boil. Then, reduce the heat to medium before adding the ramen noodles and mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
