“This looks magic!”: Fitness trainer reveals her SECRET RECIPE for recreating Boost Juice’s popular smoothie with only HALF THE CALORIES
There's no better way to beat the summer heat than indulging yourself in cold treats!

If you're looking for a delicious yet healthy way to enjoy a cool, sweet treat this summer, then fitness coach Bec Hardgrave has got you covered!

The Brisbane fitness coach has revealed her secret recipe for making the 'low-calorie, high protein' Mango Magic smoothie — a healthier version of a popular Boost Juice smoothie.

Sharing her recipe on social media, the 25-year-old said that she only uses frozen mangoes, sorbet, vanilla protein powder, and cold water to recreate the drink, claiming that her version only contains 188 calories compared to Boost Juice's drink which contains 420 calories.

She also noted the difference in protein content, saying that her version has 15g of protein compared to the original which only has 7g.

“My absolute favourite flavour Boost Juice. Mango Magic fakeaway but lower in calories and higher in protein,’ Bec said in her video.

“Made at home with ingredients from Woolworths plus protein powder for that extra oomph."

“Did you know a Mango Magic from Boost is 420 calories? You can have this entire thing for just 188 calories with more protein. It’s just as thick and I promise this one is just as delicious."

“It’s perfect for a hot summer’s day, definitely try it out.”
