A group of UFO whistleblowers is set to unveil what they describe as an '80-year cover-up' of non-human intelligence in an upcoming documentary.
The film, titled The Age of Disclosure, directed by Dan Farah, is scheduled to premiere at the South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas, this March.
It features testimony from 34 current and former senior US government, military, and intelligence officials who aim to expose a global race to reverse-engineer alien technology.
Among the contributors is newly confirmed Secretary of State Marco Rubio, former senior intelligence official Luis Elizondo, and ex-NASA administrator Mike Gold, all of whom provided their insights on the subject.
The film trailer, released on Wednesday, includes former US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Staff Director Christopher Mellon stating: ‘This is the biggest discovery in human history.’
Many of these officials have been outspoken whistleblowers advocating for greater transparency about the government’s knowledge of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs).
They argued at a Congressional hearing in November that the Department of Defense had failed to fully inform Congress and the public about UAP programs.
Luis Elizondo, a former Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) official, revealed he once managed a highly classified Special Access Program (SAP) under the National Security Council before leaving the Pentagon in 2017.
He claimed he was compelled to sign agreements limiting his ability to speak on certain projects, including those involving UFO crashes and reverse engineering.
Elizondo, known for releasing three infamous UFO videos, has alleged that the US and other nations possess UAP technologies.
In The Age of Disclosure, he described a ‘long-running, secret war’ between nations to acquire and reverse-engineer non-human vehicles.
Elizondo’s prior testimony also highlighted mysterious incidents, including alleged extraterrestrial sabotage of military vehicles and implants found in service members after UFO encounters.
Mike Gold, another prominent voice in the film, has testified about the need to end the stigma around UAPs within the scientific community.
While serving as NASA’s associate administrator, he encouraged open scientific discussions about UAPs, stating: ‘NASA personnel stepping forward and participating in such discussions would make a powerful statement to the scientific community that UAPs should be taken seriously and researched accordingly.’
Gold, now the Chief Growth Officer at aerospace firm Redwire, emphasised the importance of large-scale investigations into the phenomenon.
Retired US Navy Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, also featured in the documentary, recalled an incident in 2015 involving a pre-deployment naval exercise.
He described an email titled ‘URGENT SAFETY OF FLIGHT ISSUE,’ which included the infamous ‘Go Fast’ video showing a fast-moving unidentified object near the ocean.
According to Gallaudet, the email and video disappeared from the Navy’s secure network the following day without explanation.
In The Age of Disclosure trailer, Gallaudet said, ‘Humanity is not the only intelligence in the universe.’
NASA has since claimed the ‘Go Fast’ video likely showed a conventional object drifting with the wind, as noted in a 2023 advisory report.
Despite this, Gallaudet argued before Congress that a lack of transparency on UAPs undermines national security.
He stated: ‘The failure of the Executive Branch to share UAP information with Congress is an infringement on the legislative branch that undermines separation powers and may be creating a constitutional crisis.’
Gallaudet and other officials continue to assert that extraterrestrial intelligence and their technologies have been present on Earth.
The documentary promises to reveal new details about UAP sightings, alleged government cover-ups, and the US’s involvement in investigating these phenomena.
