Having worked at our local Red Cross, I have sometimes been asked for the use of our toilet. We only have one in the back of the shop, but fortunately the Public Restroom is right across the road from the shop. Most small shops do not have toilet facilities for the public.

These are very useful ideas but I have one protest to make. How do you clean your fridge coils. I assume they are at the back so how do I get to them? Many Fridges are placed in a nook especially designed for them. They are virtually unmovable.

The metal trolleys in Woolworths, Woodford, certaily have a divider. Handy to keep dairy and frozen foods separate for easy packing in the Esky.

Having paid for something in the middle of the store, self checking of course, i then walk to the door seeing several things I would like to buy, but to do so I would then have to go back to the check in. Sorry Kmart, but you have just lost several sales.

When I pay with a 10 dollar note for my coffee, the change goes into the tin asking for donations for Guide Dogs. No cash, no donation, How much will charities lose out with card only. Would you pay for a $2 raffle ticket from the lady sitting outside the IGA with a card?
