to me, it does look like he is wearing the seat belt under his arm. look at the angle of the seat belt, BEFORE it fades into the glare of the sun.

going from shop to shop, to buy SLIGHTLY cheaper, is time consuming, yes you can burn off extra calories & yes these items MIGHT by SLIGHTLY cheaper, BUT...HOW MUCH FUEL, will you use. is it REALY worth it.??

MOST if not ALL items sold these days are SHRINK WRAPPED. DONATE these items, UNLES these items have been damaged , EG, torn packaging.
