Since I use self checkout always, I pack my own groceries and I put my items into separate bags for freezer, fridge, cupboard, laundry and bathroom and a vegetable and fruit. When I get home so much easier.

Refrigerated tap water in glass bottles has no fluoride taste. Also if you use metal drink bottles, no plastic taste and it keeps the water nice and cold.

So you pay a bit more, but take the bottles back and receive a refund,better than nothing and does a LOT for the environment.

Recently I used a soaped version of steel wool, bought in Coles. It did NOT rust and was just the best for using on metal including the oven. The steel wool had a Green soap in it, I'm not sure what made it different but I wore it out over a longer period, still no rust.

It won't take the scammers long to figure out how they can break through this new line of defence. After all, the bank is just asking us to ring them. Scammers were able to redirect emails, what's to stop them doing the same with a phone number.
