Coles supermarket addresses ‘terrible’ experience at a self-serve checkout
I too will not use selfserve checkouts - I have at times advised that unless a check out is open I will leave the trolley full of goods and walk out - I was told I could not - I said "watch me" that soon brought someone to man the checkout.- Barbara Philbrick
