    I waited for 2 and a half hours yesterday just to tell them that my medical certificate has been up loaded I'm 65yrs old and can't stand listening to the music they play while waiting

    I think all disable parking should be monitored everyday. My daughter takes me shopping and sometimes we can't find a parking cos a car was parked in the disable parking without a permit it's so annoying 😒

    My parents always taught me to always respect the elders and always say please, thankyou and excuse yourself to anyone and I have passed those onto my kids and grandchildren
