Self serve checkouts are a pain because something always goes wrong. You have to remember to take any pre purchases out of the trolley or they bleet! I have to call a staff member over nearly every time!

We flew with Qatar airways to Doha from Sydney. It was a long haul flight but the service, comfort, value for money, cleanliness & arriving on time in the A380 made it one of the best long haul flights Ive taken. It deserves to be in the top 5 best airlines.
