I just worked out I will use around 1.2 kg and which makes around 18 souvlaki. I've been paying $8 kg for breast fillets at Coles so cost me around $12 for 18 which breaks down to just around 66c a souvlaki. Last time I purchased ready made uncooked chicken souvlaki from the butchers I paid...

I've been using breast fillets for the past few weeks as a couple of my kids are in training and want lean meat. Coles has breast fillets atm large packs 2kg for $8 kg

My son just got home and freaked out. He asked me to put a t shirt on because he said he can feel the pain. It's not hurting just burning. I went for a massage today then she did cupping , now that was painful.
