Yes, I have seen the same thing. My grandson came with me to Woolies a few days ago, and he pointed out things that were left where they should not have been.

I would have taken the peanut butter straight up to the manager dealing with the checkouts, and described the woman and what she was wearing, so they could either charge her for the product and if she refused wait til she finished her shop and walked just outside the shop and get her for stealing.
