When they introduced MyGov I was called into CentreLink and they showed me how to setup a MyGov account. I was selling and building Computers etc at the time.. This meant that I knew the jargon and was able to do most of the setup myself as the idea and program was new as it was all but a Beta...

I have a watch that I set the alarm and strap it to my leg just above my ankle ..IT VIBRATES and believe me it wake a person immediately .. It doesn't makee a sound but it sure wakes me.
