    In other words the same way your house is valued by councils.. net annual value (ie if rented) and Capital improved value! Improve your house, the council ups your rates, now Albo wants a piece of that pie!

    I have a care package, so far only one supplier could provide allium free meals... but the meals were dreadful so we had to discontinue them.

    I am over 90, full time carer for my wife who has Allium allergy, hence no onion or garlic in any meal. I cannot buy a frozen meal that doesn't have one or the other (or both) included! I have appealed here on SDC for easy recipes, sadly to no avail. I doubt AI would be any help whatsoever, but...

    Strata titles are run by a body corporate of owners.. OR .. the people living in the units have handed control over to a company! Bad move, if they were not so lazy they wouldn't be in the strife they find themselves. Incidentally strata in apartments are far worse than in units.

    There used to be a standard on highways that the road edges were marked with "cats eyes" on bends, but with the poor maintenance of the verges and potholes most have disappeared as will this latest high tech innovation.

    I've only tried a couple of things from Temu, principally tools. If you want a tool to use once & chuck away they are fine, want it to last a few tries forget it.. mostly crap. I lament the demise of Aussie manufacturers, I have Ringrip spanners over 50 years old still in good nick. sigh
