Simple reason why I do not have any of these ‘on-line’ accounts. My phone is only for calls and texts, nothing else. My computer, the same - only to access my emails and send messages to overseas family. Too many scammers and idiots out there and the vulnerable on line.

Firstly this lady should have downed the phone and called her daughter directly on her daughter’s phone number and not take for gospel that daughter’s phone had been confiscated. That would have been my first response, no matter how urgent the caller made it seem.
