Yes, I get these almost daily. If you check the sender's e-mail address, you'll see that it's not from the ATO.
If in doubt, go directly to your myGov account via the Internet, NOT via any links in the email.
Having dealt with AI in banks etc, many times, as a customer, I'm always looking to deal with a human. A human who speaks clearly English. Accents are fine, but I prefer local, Aussie staff who can relate. So much easier.
