We have a Squatty Potty in our Bathroom, wished I had known about them in my younger days, best $30 I ever spent about 10 years ago!!!! You can use a foot stool, anything that makes your bum point downwards but the Squatty Potty hugs around your toilet bowel and doesn't get in the way!
