The $146,000 installation that became Australia's most expensive week-long joke

They need to introduce a decent common sense test before anybody can apply for any public body be it political or council as these positions affect all Australians and it is increasingly obvious that people walk into these who have absolutely no right to be in these roles so it is beyond time to...

The $146,000 installation that became Australia's most expensive week-long joke

They definitely need to be sacked and should have been immediately. And if they are already investigating the council for other problems then perhaps they need to sack the lot and start again. And when they can't take responsibility for their own mistakes it's twice as bad. There is only so far...

Remember the old red Australia Post vans? Electric ones are taking over

It doesn't matter, they should ring your door bell.

Bank lends $13k to gambler—was the bank reckless or the borrower irresponsible?

And what about the man's total irresponsibility for applying for a loan for gambling in the first place. Hollywood star, wrestling legend, and…flat white critic? John Cena takes on Aussie cafés

There is nothing like a decent coffee to start the day. I will only drink long black and will go searching for a decent coffee no matter where I am. Will not have anything else, plunger or perish the thought instant. I know some people love instant and that is fine for them but I am going for...

Updated price promise drives bigger savings for customers up to $3000

I only buy about 8 or 8 grocery and meat items regularly but get significant savings just from them. I do need to take the time to see if I can increase it to anything else. There is a lot I am not interested in, in Aldi but they certainly have their great products and for families doing it...

Save money, eat better, support farmers — that’s the Farmers Pick promise

What size box do you get and what do you get in one week for example so I can work out what I should get. Mind you I don't know if they deliver to WA.

Powerball and Lotto announce new price changes as costs rise for players

With the Saturday one already recently gone up that is a bit much. I take my few lines for 10 weeks and trying to get them back in line again is not easy. I would much sooner cost stay the same as the pot goes up. Plenty goes to charities as well so it is already a win win.
