Did you know there's a secret room hiding in every Woolworths supermarket? Here's what it's for

What’s the big deal? So the display has a hidden door! I mean it’s not a time machine or Tardis where Doctor Who pops in and out, it’s used for storage. Anyhow it’s not a secret room, seeing the employee opened it in front of you.

Danny Abdallah and the nine other Aussies attending the Queen's funeral – including 2022 Senior Australian of the Year

Once again I cried for this family when reading about the invitation. I know from experience what it’s like to lose a child, to lose three is beyond my imagination. Our prayers go out to the royal family on the loss of our beloved queen but more so to the Abdallah family on the loss of their...

Supermarkets impose tissue limits during hay fever season – some customers feel it's discriminatory

Really! It’s discriminatory to have a limit on tissues? Get a life and a packet of ten handkerchiefs, they last longer and are reusable. I bet you are the person that bought all that toilet paper and didn’t give a hoot about the other people. We really need to look back in time to learn a few...

Largest pension increase in more than 12 years announced as the cost of living soars

I noted that there will be an increase to ABSTUDY but not AUSTUDY, why? When it comes to education it’s important that everyone gets exactly the same support. Parents all over Australia struggle when it comes to paying for education no matter what colour their skin is.

Woman called out for 'fatphobic' response to new garden items from Woolies

These have been around for years. I don’t find them offensive. The body is a beautiful thing, just go to any art gallery and count the amount of times the human body has been painted or sculpted. Why shouldn’t a women be sexy just because she has a voluptuous figure, I’m more offended at the...

I totally agree with you, losing a loved is a traumatic experience, and unless you’ve been there, others can not imagine the pain and suffering. NSW police officer intentionally hiding on busy road fines speeding drivers — sneaky or justified?

To be quit honest I didn’t not care how the police catch speeding cars as long as they get them, the carnage on our roads needs t be stopped somehow. If you did not speed you’ve got nothing to worry about, right? I must have a strange sense of humour because I find nd this photo quite funny, is...

UK expat receives backlash from Aussies after sharing two ‘inaccurate’ culture shocks – what do YOU think?

We occasionally have an ice cream van come down our street, when we hear the music my husband and I scramble for the small change and still say “it’s Mr Whippy” of course it’s minus the green sleeves song. So how old are we? Can you guess? 72 😂😂🤣🤣

Coles supermarket addresses ‘terrible’ experience at a self-serve checkout

I refuse to use them, I would have told the person who said “ not my idea” “not my groceries” and walked out. I know this father needed the groceries, but we the consumers must not allow supermarkets to dictate to us, after all it’s our money that pay the CEO’s their scandalous high wages.

Woman’s “NASTY” aeroplane act sparks heated debate on social media — "Worrying lack of consideration for others"

Some people just should not be allowed to go out in public. I could say more but it wouldn’t be lady like. 👎👎👎👎👎👎 to a very nasty passenger. I just had a thought surly the flight attendants didn’t allow this type behaviour or did they?

Coles and Woolworths customers puzzled over a trolley feature

Not sure what the big deal is, if you shop at Aldi they have always had these trolleys, no body has complained about them yet. You can purchase a token and use that over again, I think they cast about $2.
