Question? What if someone has an Ostomy? Particularly if we have an ileostomy. What foods do they recommend, we can’t have seeds, nuts, stringy fruits or vegetables , that can block our stoma? Be interested in the reply! 😃🐴

Me too. Only 5/10 today. Oh well, lack of sleep didn’t help. Brain in high mode, thinking of what to pack for a week’s holiday to Sydney, the Opera House to see the 10 Tenors and family. Luckily my partner is coming , hopefully he had a better night’s sleep. 😁🐴

When you live in a small town, and you don’t have any other choice. I have no problem with our Coles, they don’t have self serve, so we get personal service, Woolworths, does have a self serve, which I use if only buying a small amount. 😃🐴
