Look up "Impossible Coconut Pie" on Google and you'll find that it's the same as Babybirds "Coconut Pie" recipe and it has all ingredients that can be bought in Australia and not have such as Bisquik which is American.

I think Safeway is a Victorian chain store and not in all states. So the best thing the rest of us can do is Google for these ingredients substitutions.
