I use Breeders Choice which is recycled paper turned into pellets. I used to buy clumping litter, but my cat got irritated runny eyes from the dust. I clean it every time she uses it, and once/week hose the litter tray out and dry it in the sun.

Yes, it's amazing how many pets are dumped, and those places have to deal with them. Very hard because animals don't understand. Thank goodness most find good homes.

It's very disappointing I reckon. Little kids love going to pet shops and having a look at the pets and fish. We couldn't buy fish off a website!!

So the reason is it's 'aimed to set new ethical standards for pet shops'. I find that a bit hypocritical. They are willing to sell/make a profit from pet food and accessories to pet owners who's pet hasn't come from a shelter. Wonder if these pet shops will start quizzing pet owners.

I bought a pack of Aldi's biscuits to try. They taste completely different to an Oreo. Original vanilla Oreos' are accidentally vegan, whereas Aldi's biscuits contain milk and whey powder.

Cats should be kept indoors which mine does. No excuses. In Qld, dogs who are violent have to wear a special red and yellow reflective striped collar, so people can recognise a savage dog and avoid it. Of course the savage dog's owners don't like their little darling dogs wearing them.

I'm intrigued now. Will have to go buy a packet, as I like the original one. I like Aldi for some items, but not all because they don't stock what I want. However, their Moser Roth chocolate and 100% pure Canadian syrup are winners.
