I used to work as a telephonist with Telecom. I get calls from people who say they are calling on behalf of My Community, I just disconnect them. I also don't answer 03 and 02 calls unless I recognize the rest of the number.
I get plenty of 02 and 03 calls and just don't answer them. They never leave a message and they always seem to call when I'm having a coffee or a meal.
