Wouldn't have been the supermarkets fault, would have been the fault of where it was packed.

My sister, when she was alive, used to make real creamy ice cream with sunshine powdered milk and something else.....wish I had gotten the recipe off her before she passed away :( There is a low sugar condensed milk available now so I may try that!
