I have had several items for free from both Coles and Woolies because of scanning policy but Aldi manager in Baldivis disputed how the scanning policy worked and very reluctantly refunded item

Was outside Coles this morning to go shopping and a gentleman with a cane was trying to pick up his groceries that had spilt on the ground from his broken/ripped paper bags , really don’t think the bags are sturdy enough for canned products . I always take my own bags but not everyone does 😢

I shop at Coles in Baldivis , and there have been supply issues ( empty shelves ) here since we moved here in October 2022 .Woolworths and Aldi shelves are not as empty ???

The reason it’s so common in America is because the staff are paid so little !!! Which is not the case in Australia so tipping should be optional
