My wife and I moved up here to an hour past Townsville from middle of NSW where we had Aldi to shop at, we now have one at Townsville, it is a bit over a 2 hour round trip, you know if we go and do a decent fortnightly shop at Aldi the savings pay for our fuel over and back and let us have lunch...

Problem with this is the businesses have to actually drop the price's which I doubt will happen, they will just pocket more money. Can you see Coles or woollies adjusting hundreds of prices down down!!, don't think so!.

I saw 20 odd apples fall off a shelf in woolies recently. Straight into the bin they went!! WTF.

My mint biscuits have gone up 20 cents a pack at woolies and coles, any excuse....fuel is down, food is up. I no longer shop at coles or woolies unless it is an emergency purchase of 1 or 2 items since Aldi has opened nearby....suck it up coles and woolies.

Australia will have no bank branches soon, boycot I say, chsnge banks if there is one, they will do it for you at the bank, I changed from CBA to another in another state, the new bank made it so easy!.

Have no problem with that. Everything stolen puts the prices up a bit more. They can check your hand bag so why can't they check your mushroom bag for peaches or grapes or similar?

That's the trouble with all these vegan types and vegan things, they whinge and carry on until they get what they want then nobody buys it anyway, so it all becomes wasted food and wasted time and wasted money. What does that do, push prices up.
